Zhito Finance APP News, XXF Group (02473.HK) announced that with effect from October 15, 2026: (i) Zhang Jinghua (Ms. Zhang) has resigned as an executive director, a member of the nomination committee, and an authorized representative; (ii) Liu Wei (Mr. Liu) has resigned as a non-executive director; (iii) Wang Lihong (Professor Wang) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the nomination committee; and (iv) the company's company secretary Mai Baowen (Ms. Mai) has been appointed as an authorized representative.
