Zhito Finance APP News: Colorlight (301391.SZ) announced that on October 15, 2026, the company received a letter from Mr. Zhou Jinzhi, the company's actual controller and chairman, titled "Letter Regarding the Proposal for Colorlight Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. to Repurchase Company Shares." Mr. Zhou Jinzhi proposed that the company use its own funds to repurchase some of its already issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for the share repurchase shall be no less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 100 million (inclusive). The repurchase period shall be within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the repurchase plan.
