Procuratorial organs have filed public prosecutions against five individuals, including Yang Keqin, former president of the Guizhou Medical Association and former inspector of the Guizhou Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, in accordance with the law.

According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate, procuratorial organs have separately initiated public prosecutions against Yang Keqin, former president of the Guizhou Medical Association and former inspector of the Guizhou Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission; Zhu Xiaoqing, former secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of the Qinghai Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative Federation; Wei Daiqing, former member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Ulanqab Municipal People's Congress in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; Liu Yunzhou, former deputy director of the Management Committee of the Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone in Qinghai Province; and Ban Dairong, former secretary of the Guiding County Party Committee in Guizhou Province.
