As long as the new employees recruited during the current year meet the corresponding conditions, enterprises or social organizations can receive a one-time job expansion subsidy of 1,000 yuan per person. The recipients of this disbursement are mainly enterprises or social organizations; government agencies and public institutions are not eligible. For enterprises or social organizations that, between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, recruit recent graduates in their graduation year or unemployed college graduates within two years of leaving school, as well as registered unemployed young people aged 1624, sign labor contracts with them, and pay in full more than three months of unemployment, work-related injury, and employee pension insurance premiums for them, a one-time job expansion subsidy of 1,000 yuan per person recruited will be issued.
