(referred to as "Aishente") through a public listing transfer via the Guangdong United Property Rights Exchange Center. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in Aishente, and Aishente will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The minimum listing transfer price for this transaction is 9.3 million yuan.
