Zhitong Finance APP News, Joulwatt (688141.SH) announced that Hangzhou Jiewo Information Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Hangzhou Jiewo"), one of the persons acting in concert with the company's controlling shareholder, intends to increase its shareholding in the company's A-shares within 12 months from the date of disclosure of this announcement, using a special loan for share increase and its own funds, through the centralized bidding method on the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system. The proposed increase amount under this share increase plan shall be no less than RMB 80 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 160 million (inclusive).
