(hereinafter referred to as "Fibocom Investment") plans to jointly invest with Shenzhen Kunpeng Zhanyi Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. and other partners to establish Shenzhen Qianhai Kunpeng Artificial Intelligence Terminal and Application Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), and recently signed the "Shenzhen Qianhai Kunpeng Artificial Intelligence Terminal and Application Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement". The fund size is RMB 900 million, and Fibocom Investment, as a limited partner, has subscribed to contribute RMB 50 million, accounting for 5.56%.
