Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) prices US$1.8 billion and RMB26 billion notes under the Global Medium Term Note Programme

Zhitong Finance APP News, Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) announced that on October 13, 2026 (New York time), the Company entered into a subscription agreement with the U.S. dollar note managers in respect of the issuance of U.S. dollar notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$1.8 billion under the plan; and entered into a subscription agreement with the RMB note managers in respect of the issuance of RMB notes with an aggregate principal amount of RMB26 billion under the plan.
