Zhitong Finance APP News, Road King Technology (002813.SZ) announced that on October 13, 2026, the company's controlling shareholder Zoomlion and Yuanzhuo Angel (Longyou) New Energy Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanzhuo Angel") signed a Share Transfer Agreement. Zoomlion intends to transfer 35.988 million shares of the company it holds (accounting for 29.99% of the company's total share capital) to Yuanzhuo Angel through negotiated transfer, at a transfer price of 25 yuan per share, with the total transfer price of the subject shares amounting to RMB 900 million.
