("Jingmen Hongyi") held by Zhongjing (Jingmen) Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., with an intended price of 130 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Jingmen Hongyi will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and this transaction will not result in a change in the company's consolidation scope.
