Zhitong Finance APP News, Luoyang Molybdenum (603993.SH) announced that, in order to further expand investment channels and enhance investment returns, its wholly-owned subsidiary Tibet Shimoke Trading Co., Ltd. plans to subscribe for fund shares as a limited partner, specifically: contributing RMB 500 million of its own funds to subscribe for fund shares of Nanjing Yuanfeng Panmao Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Nanjing Yuanfeng Fund"); and contributing RMB 400 million of its own funds to subscribe for fund shares of Hangzhou Harmony Growth Phase IV Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Harmony Growth Phase IV Fund").
