Moody's: Assigns "A3" rating to Shandong Hualu Group's proposed senior unsecured notes

On October 13, Moody's assigned an "A3" rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes to be issued by Hualu International Finance (BVI) Limited, which are guaranteed by Hualu Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hualu Group", A3/stable).
