Zhito Finance APP has learned that investment bank Pivotal Research Group stated that SpaceX (SPCX.US), after reaching an agreement to acquire nationwide spectrum licenses for approximately $8 billion, could emerge as the fourth-largest mobile carrier in the United States. The firm raised its price target on SpaceX from $220 to $230, while reiterating a "Buy" rating.
