The data are consistent with the results of LAE102's previous single ascending dose (SAD) and multiple ascending dose (MAD) studies, showing positive changes in body composition. Of particular note, the completed low-dose cohort showed encouraging weight loss effects, with observed muscle gain and fat reduction. The 24-week treatment was well tolerated, with no serious adverse events reported, and no reports of diarrhea, muscle cramps, or acne, consistent with the previously disclosed SAD and MAD study results.
