Zhito Finance APP News: Meijiehui Holdings (01389.HK) and the offeror Max Premier Limited jointly announced that on October 5, 2026, the offeror completed the purchase of approximately 298 million shares from Bawin Limited, representing approximately 53.77% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of this joint announcement, for a total cash consideration of approximately HK$102 million, equivalent to approximately HK$0.3428 per sale share.
