Gilston Group (01842): Man Wai Yan Appointed as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Agent

Zhitong Finance APP News, Plantronics Group (01842) announced that, with effect from October 12, 2026, Ms. Wen Huixin (Ms. Wen) has been appointed as (i) the company secretary of the Company, succeeding Mr. Ni Zixuan (Mr. Ni); (ii) an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, succeeding Mr. Ni; and (iii) the Company's process agent in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process and notices on behalf of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Process Agent), in addition to Mr. Thomas Berg.
