Windey: Plans to Pre-disclose the Transfer of Equity in Four New Energy Project Companies

Windey Energy announced that, in order to advance its "rolling development" strategy and accelerate the transfer of new energy power stations, the company plans to transfer, through property rights trading institutions, 100% equity interests in Handan Hongqiang Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Weixian Hongrun Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd., as well as 100% equity interests in Yucheng Yunfeng Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Yucheng Qida Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. This is currently at the information pre-disclosure stage before official listing. After the completion of this transfer, the company will no longer hold equity interests in the above four companies and will no longer include them in the scope of consolidated financial statements. This transfer still needs to go through relevant review procedures, and there is uncertainty regarding the counterparty, whether the transaction will be completed, and the completion time.
