SPIC Hydropower: Vice Chairman Su Gang departs due to job change.

SPIC Hydropower announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation application from Vice Chairman Su Gang. Due to a change in work assignment, Su Gang intends to resign from his positions as a director of the 11th Board of Directors and Vice Chairman, as well as a member of the Strategy, Investment and Sustainable Development Committee of the 11th Board of Directors. The resignation will take effect on October 10, 2026. After resignation, he will still serve as Chairman of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary SPIC Yuanda Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. This resignation did not cause the number of members of the company's board of directors to fall below the statutory minimum, and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors. The company will complete the election of directors and subsequent related work as soon as possible. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Su Gang did not directly hold shares of the company, and there are no unfulfilled public commitments.
