Zhito Finance APP has learned that LSEG released a report stating that in the first three quarters of 2026, the total value of M&A transactions involving China reached US$274.1 billion, down 10% year-on-year; third-quarter transaction value increased 31.5% compared with the previous quarter. The number of announced transactions during the same period totaled 4,583, up 18.2% year-on-year; third-quarter transaction volume fell 15% compared with the previous quarter.
