Yongtai Energy: Self-developed vanadium battery positive electrode solid capacity-enhancing material has completed multi-power system testing.

Yongtai Energy stated at the 2026 semi-annual results briefing held on October 12 that the company's independently developed first-generation vanadium battery positive electrode solid capacity-enhancing material has completed multi-power system testing, and is currently advancing trial production, pilot testing, and mass production in an orderly manner. While significantly reducing the initial installation cost of vanadium battery electrolyte, this material can effectively broaden the system's operating temperature range, has significant cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement advantages, and has formed the core technical barrier of the company's energy storage business. Currently, the cooperation project between Singapore's Vnergy and a relevant key chemical group in Southwest China has entered the project initiation stage, while product certification is being carried out jointly with authoritative institutions such as Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology and Research.
