Yuexin Semiconductor: to be listed on the ChiNext Board on October 13

Canxin Semiconductor announced that the RMB-denominated ordinary shares issued by the company will be listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 13, 2026. The issue price for this offering is RMB 12.01 per share, the total share capital after the issuance is 2.878 billion shares, and the number of shares publicly offered is 513 million shares, all of which are new shares.
