Dongbai Group: Plans to acquire a 52.6667% stake in Kuailing Optoelectronics

Dongbai Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Dongbai Chuangzhi Investment Co., Ltd., intends to acquire a 52.6667% equity stake held by relevant shareholders of Hangzhou Kuailing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., with a provisional equity transfer consideration of RMB 316 million. On October 11, 2026, the company's board of directors approved the relevant proposal. After the transaction is completed, Kuailing Optoelectronics and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Guangte Technology Co., Ltd. will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
