The ITC officially initiated the investigation on October 9, 2026, local time, under investigation number 337-TA-1526. The investigation is currently in its early stages, and no substantive determination has yet been made regarding the relevant infringement claims. The products involved are in the customer validation stage and have not yet entered mass production.
