Jiangxi introduces regulations to promote the development of the private economy, with a focus on resolving difficult and obstructive issues.

NANCHANG, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- The Regulations on Promoting the Private Economy of Jiangxi Province were approved on Sept. 23 at the 25th session of the Standing Committee of the 14th Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress, and will take effect on Nov. 1, according to a press conference held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress on Friday. The regulations consist of eight chapters and 61 articles, mainly covering removing hidden barriers to market access to ensure fair participation in market competition, improving the investment and financing support system to address difficulties and high costs in financing, refining service guarantee mechanisms to enhance the quality and efficiency of enterprise-related services, and regulating enterprise-related supervision and law enforcement to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of the private economy.
