Inner Mongolia: All cement clinker production lines across the region will implement staggered production for a total of 5 months starting in November.

The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has issued a notice on making preparations for normalized off-peak cement production in 2026-2027. The notice states that all cement clinker production lines in the region shall implement off-peak production. Off-peak production shall be implemented for a total of five months, from 00:00 on November 1, 2026 to 24:00 on March 31, 2027. The off-peak kiln shutdown period shall run from 00:00 on the start date to 24:00 on the end date as one cycle. In accordance with the requirement to "promote the normalization of the regions and timing of nationwide off-peak cement production," off-peak production during the heating season is a rigid requirement, and all cement clinker production lines shall strictly implement it and shall not make adjustments on their own.
