It will strengthen premarital and preconception health care and early pregnancy care services, improve prenatal screening and diagnosis, strengthen early screening and intervention for newborns, and enhance full-cycle management of children's health and developmental disorders. In addition, the action for full-chain prevention and control of disability caused by disease will strengthen the prevention and control of disability caused by chronic diseases, strengthen social psychological and mental health services, strengthen the prevention and control of disability caused by infectious diseases and endemic diseases, and strengthen occupational disease prevention and control and the promotion of a healthy environment; the action for prevention and control in key areas of disability caused by injury will strengthen work safety, fire safety management, and disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities, strengthen road traffic and transportation safety management, and strengthen the prevention and control of disability caused by child injuries and falls among the elderly; the action to improve rehabilitation services will improve the rehabilitation medical service and support system, enhance the basic rehabilitation service level for persons with disabilities, and optimize the construction of a barrier-free environment.
