Geekplus-W (02590.HK) plans to spend RMB 50 million to subscribe for 20% of the expanded registered capital of Beijing Shenyi.

Zhito Finance APP News, Geekplus-W (02590.HK) announced that on October 9, 2026, Beijing Geekplus (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into an investment agreement with Beijing Shenyi, Mr. Liu Kai, Mr. Huang Kangyao, and Tianjin Huizhi Shenyi. Pursuant to the investment agreement, Beijing Geekplus has conditionally agreed to subscribe for 20% of the enlarged registered capital of Beijing Shenyi for a consideration of RMB 50 million.
