Zhitong Finance APP News, MicuRx Pharmaceuticals (688373.SH) announced that the company intends to separately sign an exclusive license agreement for the MRX-23 project (an antibody-drug conjugate in development by the company) (the "MRX-23 License Agreement") and a licensor platform technology cooperation agreement (the "Platform Cooperation Agreement") with ClearideBio Therapeutics AG of Switzerland ("ClearideBio"). The former involves a global exclusive license for the MRX-23 project; the latter is a multi-project option cooperation based on the company's independently developed "STOPIN" antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) platform with a novel camptothecin payload, under which ClearideBio may, in accordance with the agreement, exercise options for an agreed number of targets or target combination projects (up to 6, the "Relevant Projects").
