Zhito Finance APP News: Datang Power (601991.SH) has announced that on October 9, 2026, the company signed the "China Datang Group Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Capital Increase Agreement" together with China Datang Group Co., Ltd. ("Datang Group") and China Datang Group Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. ("Datang Nuclear Power Company"). According to the agreement, Datang Group will contribute RMB 942 million based on its 60% shareholding ratio, and the company will contribute RMB 628 million based on its 40% shareholding ratio, to pay for the basic construction costs of the Liaoning Xudabao Nuclear Power Project and the Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Phase II Project, the equipment procurement and construction preparation costs for the Liaoning Zhuanghe Nuclear Power Project Phase I, and the preliminary costs of the Guangdong Yangxi Nuclear Power Project, etc. After the capital increase is completed, the shareholding ratios of all parties in Datang Nuclear Power Company will remain unchanged.
