The report noted that although DocuSign's management released positive signals about IAM's long-term potential during investor meetings centered on core topics such as the company's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) strategy, digital execution, and capital allocation, Citi believes more substantive evidence is still needed to confirm that IAM expansion can effectively drive revenue growth back into the double-digit range.
