Huaying Construction (01582.HK) subsidiary wins the main construction works contract for the Sha Ling Data Center development project in the New Territories, Hong Kong.

Zhito Finance APP News, Huaying Construction (01582.HK) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Huaying Smart Construction Limited, has executed a letter of acceptance involving a major construction works contract awarded by Hong Kong Runjiang Intelligent Computing Technology Limited for the Sha Ling Data Center development project in the New Territories, Hong Kong, with a contract amount of approximately HK$3.1 billion, pursuant to which the group will act as the main contractor to provide building construction works. The aforementioned works commenced in early September 2026.
