China Index Academy: Heat in the national housing rental market declined in September, with rents in 50 cities turning to a month-on-month decline.
Zhito Finance APP has learned that the China Index Academy stated in a report that in September, as the peak rental demand during the graduation season faded, the heat in the national housing rental market gradually returned to a normalized level, and the average residential rent in 50 cities turned to decline after three consecutive months of slight recovery. Residential rents in all tiered cities fell month-on-month in sync, among which first-tier cities ended six consecutive months of month-on-month increases and turned to a slight decline. It is worth noting that residential rents in Shanghai and Shenzhen continued to rise, with Shanghai's month-on-month increase ranking first among the 50 cities for six consecutive months.
