Zhito Finance APP News, Sunshine Insurance (06963.HK) announced that the Company recently received the "National Financial Regulatory Administration Reply on the Qualification of Yang Dan to Serve as Supervisor of Sunshine Insurance Group Company Limited" (Jin Fu [2026] No. 535) (the Reply) from the National Financial Regulatory Administration. According to the Reply, the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved the qualification of Ms. Yang Dan to serve as an employee supervisor of the Company, with her appointment effective from October 8, 2026.
