Zhito Finance APP News, Zhongwang Fabric (605003.SH) announced that the company, as a limited partner, will use its own funds to subscribe for a capital contribution of RMB 50 million to Tianjin Lisi Xingshen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Lisi Xingshen"), subscribing for part of the partnership's newly added shares, accounting for 0.8306% of the partnership's total subscribed capital contributions after this new share addition. The partnership will mainly engage in direct or indirect equity investment in, or investment-related activities with, early- and mid-stage non-listed investee companies with high growth potential in the high-tech sector that are established or operated in mainland China or associated with mainland China.
