Reports say SK Hynix's (SKHY.US) flash memory unit has selected Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to lead its push for a 2027 U.S. IPO.
According to informed sources cited by Zhitong Finance APP, Solidigm, the flash memory business subsidiary of SK Hynix (SKHY.US), has selected lead banks for its U.S. IPO next year, with Goldman Sachs Group and Morgan Stanley responsible for the offering, aiming to raise approximately $10 billion. The sources said Solidigm is also working with these two banks to finalize a pre-IPO financing round.
