(referred to as "Faway Adient"), plans to acquire 50% equity interests each in Changchun Faway Adient Automotive Metal Components Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Faway Adient Metal Components") held by the company and Adient Asia, with a total transaction amount of RMB 318 million. After the transaction is completed, Faway Adient Metal Components will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Faway Adient, and Faway Adient Metal Components will become a controlling grandchild company within the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements.
