Road King: The scheme meeting has been rescheduled to be held on October 26.

Road King announced that due to a change in the court's schedule, the convening hearing for the schemes, originally scheduled to be held before the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on October 23, 2026, has been rescheduled to October 26, 2026. Given that the revised date differs from the original date by only one business day, and the sanction hearing remains scheduled for December 10, 2026 in accordance with the original timetable, the rescheduled convening hearing will not affect the overall timetable of the restructuring. The Company continues to work closely with its advisors and stakeholders on the relevant documentation for the schemes, and progress is currently smooth. The Company expects to complete the restructuring by the end of the year.
