Citi: Turkey's year-end inflation will reach 30%.

Citigroup economists expect Turkey's year-end inflation to reach 30% this year, slightly below the 30.9% level at the end of 2025. Citigroup economists Ilker Domac and Gultekin Isiklar wrote in a report on Monday: "Even with weakening economic growth expectations, the inflation outlook remains challenging." Citigroup expects Turkey's central bank to cut its policy rate by 100 basis points in October and maintains its year-end policy rate forecast at 35%.
