Recently, China Securities Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that it has officially obtained a license issued by the Dubai International Financial Centre and has been authorized by the Dubai Financial Services Authority to establish a Dubai representative office in the DIFC. Guotai Haitong's international business layout has also made new progress recently: its subsidiary Guotai Junan International has officially signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Almaty city government in Kazakhstan, and the two sides will establish a long-term cooperative relationship in areas such as cross-border financing, helping high-quality Kazakh entities connect with Hong Kong's international capital market and broadening offshore RMB financing channels.
