Platform data shows that in terms of average ticket prices, prices began to drop significantly on October 2, 20% cheaper than on the 1st; they continued to fall on the 3rd and 4th, reaching a low point during the holiday. Taking Guangzhou-Urumqi as an example, for a departure on October 3, the direct flight base fare was 1,200 yuan. For a departure on October 4, the lowest fare dropped to 650 yuan, nearly half the price. Return trips began on the 5th, and prices climbed all the way, peaking on October 7, then falling back on October 8 and 9.
