Data from online travel platforms also confirms this trend: for Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day air tickets in 2026, the number of users booking two or more destinations increased by 70% year on year, and bookings for long-haul air tickets with flight distances exceeding 2,000 kilometers also rose by 76%, accounting for more than one-quarter.
