ISP GLOBAL (08487) subsidiary intends to acquire 60% equity of Way Rich Limited for HK$10,000

Zhito Finance APP News, ISP GLOBAL (08487) announced that on October 2, 2026, the buyer (Guo Du Industrial Limited, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) intends to acquire from the seller Ms. Gong Huiqin 60% of the issued share capital of the target company Way Rich Limited, for a consideration of HK$10,000. Upon completion, the target company will become an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the target company's financial results, assets, and liabilities will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
