Truist Securities analysts said in a report that the timing of Nike's recovery appears to continue to be pushed back. Although Nike still points to positive signs in its functional products, its larger sportswear and Jordan business segments continue to face further pressure. "Given that there is still a lot of work to be done on multiple fronts, competitive pressures are still intensifying, and the macroeconomic environment is volatile, we believe visibility into a potential recovery is limited and think it is best to stay on the sidelines." Truist Securities analysts cut their price target on the stock from $42 to $29 and maintained a Hold rating.
