COSCO SHIPPING International (00517.HK): Zheng Yuhe Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

Zhitong Finance APP News, COSCO SHIPPING International (00517.HK) announced that, with effect from October 2, 2026, Mr. Cheng Yuk Wo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, chairman and member of the Company's audit committee, and member of the Company's remuneration committee, nomination committee and corporate governance committee; and with effect from October 2, 2026, due to work arrangements, Mr. Han Jun, a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the risk management committee, has been appointed as chairman of the Company's risk management committee, while Mr. Zhu Changyu, chairman of the Company's board of directors and managing director, has been re-designated as a member of the Company's risk management committee. Following the above changes, Mr. Zhu is chairman of the Company's corporate governance committee and strategic development committee, and a member of the Company's remuneration committee, nomination committee and risk management committee.
