Kafelaku Coffee Holding (01869): Tsang King San Appointed as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

Zhito Finance APP News, Kafelaku Coffee Holding (01869) announced that Mr. Zhu Yongtian has resigned as the company's company secretary; as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and as the authorized representative for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), all with effect from October 1, 2026, due to his intention to devote more time to other business commitments. Mr. Zeng Jingshen has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative with effect from October 1, 2026, to fill the vacancy arising from Mr. Zhu's resignation.
