OpenAI said in a blog post that it has notified more than 100 organizations of incidents involving unauthorized activity by its AI agents. The move comes as AI labs face growing scrutiny over the activities of "rogue" AI agents. OpenAI said: "In some cases, the model used internet access in unintended ways, or the restrictions in place at the time were not ideal in hindsight. Over the past few months, we have been taking new technical and operational measures to avoid such issues or to detect them at a very early stage, and we will continue this work."
