RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376.HK) appoints Yu Zhili as company secretary and process agent

RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376.HK) announced that, after multiple invitations from the board of directors, Mr. Yu Zhili has agreed to resume his position as the company's company secretary. The board has appointed Mr. Yu as the company secretary and as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong to accept service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), both with effect from October 1, 2026.
