According to the notice, the treasury bonds to be issued this time are 5-year fixed-rate interest-bearing bonds, with a total competitive bidding face value of 150 billion yuan, and no additional bidding by Class A members; the coupon rate will be determined through competitive bidding, with interest accruing from October 9, 2026, and interest paid annually.
