Zhitong Finance APP News, KFM Kingdee (03816.HK) and the offeror Hong Kong Luxshare jointly announced that on September 13, 2026, the Company entered into subscription agreements with each subscriber (namely Hong Kong Luxshare, Subscriber A, Subscriber B, Subscriber C, Subscriber D and Subscriber E), pursuant to which the Company has conditionally agreed to issue, and each subscriber has collectively conditionally agreed to subscribe for, convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$360 million.
