Zhito Finance APP News: Sheung Yue Group (01633.HK) announced that with effect from October 1, 2026: (1) Mr. Chan Lap Wai has resigned as executive director, chairman of the board, and authorized representative; (2) Mr. Chan Lap Chuen and Ms. Chan Chin Ying have each resigned as executive directors; (3) Ms. Leung Ying has been appointed as executive director and chairman of the board; (4) Mr. Chan Yat Fong has been appointed as executive director, chief executive officer, chairman of the nomination committee, member of the remuneration committee, and authorized representative; (5) Mr. Cheng Chi Hung has resigned as independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
